Warranty,Returns and Cancellation

Customers can contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. If you have received wrong size or a wrong product, please contact us immediately at our Support Center.After this period of 7 days,we are no longer able to accept the appeal because of our contract with the supplier,and by purchasing from us you have already accepted this condition.

If our company is responsible for the issue,once we receive the item,we will refund in full the original product price or resend or partial refund depending on the problem.In another case if the customer is responsible ,shipping ,taxes and  money transaction fee are not refundable.All returns must first be approved by our customer service team.All returned items must be in brand new condition,unused/unworn,unwashed,come with all original tags and their original packaging.You must return the item within seven days from the day the goods were delivered.

Except for the situations listed above where it is possible to return the product, in other situations it is not possible because it would not be cost-effective for you, because the cost of shipping is not refundable+If you still pay sending the package back, it would be totally unprofitable for you+If there were still customs duties and the possible fee the price would be further reduced and therefore we are not doing this in this way,especially when it comes from international delivery.When you return the package, it must be returned in 7 days, which is not possible in international delivery, except maybe in express delivery, but that is definitely not worth it.

In such situations,if you really do not like the product you bought, simply sell it to someone or give it to someone as a gift.No great value and it will not be difficult. It’s our advice to everyone in this situation.

If the package returns to us by courier error,we will resend it free of charge,but in other cases you have to pay extra for resending.If the package is lost,we will resend the package to you at no additional cost to you.

Order cancellation: You can cancel your order if we haven’t sent it yet, but when  the processing time is started you cannot expect the full refund, because we have processing and transaction costs and your amount will be reduced by this amount. If we cancel the order for our reasons, we will refund the full amount.Keep in mind that order cancellation as well as change of wrong delivery address is possible in most cases only up to 24 hours,and often this period is even shorter.After this when your order is forwarded to the wholesale and went deeper into the processing process, we have almost no possibility to cancel due to the complex procedure and the difficult localization and finding of your order.You can try anyway, but avoid this if possible.

VERY IMPORTANT:Please note that if our company is operating at a loss due to your purchase error, for example if you have chosen the wrong size and the like because you have not read our size guide,you will probably get a summons to court,because our company does not want to work with losses due to other people’s mistakes.All cases where we have had a loss in business are automatically audited by higher authorities in our company,and if it is determined that we have suffered a loss due to your error, you will most likely receive a summons to court where you will pay much higher costs. So our advice is to avoid unfounded and reckless appeals and claims.We have our legal representatives on all continents and major countries.
