Order Acceptance

Both parties agree that, following order dispatch, transportation is the sole responsibility of the third-party logistics company. During this stage, full ownership of the product(s) belongs to the buyer; all associated liability and risks during transportation shall be borne by the buyer.
We send the goods from the nearest warehouse, or if we do not have in the closest regional warehouse then we send from another regional warehouse where we still have goods in stock.
Cheapsalemarket is not responsible for late deliveries for special occasions, such as birthdays, or other events. We encourage customers to place their order in advance to ensure there is enough time to receive their item.
All orders reported as “delivered” by shipping companies are considered delivered. Cheapsalemarket cannot be made liable of non-delivery in this case.
Shipment
All shipments are Delivery Duty Unpaid.Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Should the customers refuse the package due to import duties or taxes, they take full liability for all the costs involved in the process.The cost of shipping is already included insurance of your goods and tracking code, so it is completely safe for your goods during transport.If a delivery fails for any reason, Cheapsalemarket cannot be held liable if a package is returned to us.In this case, shipping ,taxes and money transaction fee are not refundable.We can resend you a package again,but you need to pay for these costs again. Order cancellation
With this contract you are also in agreement with our canceling order policy.You can cancel your order if we haven’t sent it yet, but when the processing time is started you cannot expect the full refund, because we have processing and transaction costs and your amount will be reduced by this amount.
